1-Year Limited Warranty 

At Stelsae Maison, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on selected manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as loose stones due to manufacturing faults and clasp or latch defects on necklaces and bracelets. Repairs or replacements are provided at our discretion after inspection.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, water damage, loss of polish, and chips due to improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend storing all pieces in their provided care pouches when not in use. Avoid contact with sweat, lotions, cosmetics, hairspray, cleaning products, and other chemicals. Always apply perfume, body sprays, and skincare products before wearing your jewelry, allowing them to dry completely first. Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping to ensure longevity. Remember.
